Anna is a co-founder of Gold Coast Search Partners. Prior to founding GCSP, Anna spent nine years recruiting investment professional talent for buyside firms. At the Associate level, Anna has executed searches for megafund, middle market, lower middle market and first time funds. She is skilled at assessing analysts from investment banking and consulting to identify those who are capable of transitioning to the buyside. Additionally, Anna has experience helping funds strategically navigate the complex timing and strategy of on cycle Associate recruiting. At the post-MBA level, her work has spanned Senior Associate through Partner level across all fund sizes and strategies. She has particular expertise at placing mid-level talent and building teams for first time funds. Anna uses her deep knowledge of investment firms to determine depth of deal experience, analytical rigor, sourcing capabilities, corporate culture and investment training to discern candidate capabilities and fit. Anna prides herself on her ability to help her clients navigate complex situations to attain the best hires at this level.
Prior to search, she spent eight years in technology investment banking in San Francisco at Robertson Stephens, Deutsche Bank and Jefferies. Anna has three years of business development experience in the software industry at Comergent Technologies (acquired by Sterling Commerce) and webMethods (acquired by Software AG).
Anna graduated from Whitman College with a BA in History. She lives in Burlingame with her husband and two kids.
Janelle is a co-founder of Gold Coast Search Partners. Before founding GCSP, Janelle spent nine years executing searches for leading investment firms across the US. She has executed Associate through Partner level hiring across fund sizes in private equity, growth equity and venture capital. Janelle’s steady hand, calm demeanor, strategic and organized process management makes her particularly skilled at managing the hectic and complex on cycle Associate recruiting process. Her execution experience combined with her ability to assess talent at investment banks and consulting firms makes her a leader in pre-MBA recruiting. At the post-MBA level, Janelle has executed a variety of mandates from mid-level through Partner. She leverages her detail-oriented nature, buyside firm knowledge, and candidate relationships to compel top investment professionals and provide thoughtful counsel from launch through completion. As an alumna and supporter of Sponsors for Educational Opportunity (SEO), Janelle has significant expertise in helping clients hire and retain diverse talent at all levels.
Early in her career Janelle was an Associate at TPG in the Fundraising Group, where she focused on capital raising and investor relations efforts, and was an Investment Banking Analyst at Lehman Brothers in New York.
Janelle graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Penn State’s Schreyer Honors College with a degree in Political Science and a minor in International Studies. An East Coast native, Janelle splits her time between New York, NY & Oakland, CA with her husband and two girls.
Kitty joined Gold Coast Search Partners in 2021 and is based in our New York office. Prior to joining GCSP, Kitty spent two years at Harris Williams as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Business Services group where she focused on M&A transactions.
Kitty graduated from the College of William and Mary with a degree in Finance and Anthropology and was a four-year member of the Varsity Women’s Swimming team.
Katie joined Gold Coast Search Partners shortly after inception and is based in our New York office. Prior to GCSP, Katie spent three years at Guggenheim Securities on the Investment Banking Operations team as a Recruiter. While there, she managed both lateral and campus recruitment for the Investment Banking Division. Before Guggenheim, Katie began her career in Talent Acquisition at Sonos, Inc. in Boston.
Katie graduated from Boston College with a degree in Applied Psychology and Human Development and was a member of the Varsity Women’s Rowing team.
Olivia joined Gold Coast Search Partners shortly after inception where she focuses on both pre-MBA and post-MBA searches for private equity, growth equity, and venture capital clients. Prior to GCSP, Olivia worked for Battery Ventures, where she organized and coordinated all office administration and procedures.
Olivia graduated from Drexel University with a degree in Business Administration.
Alexandra joined Gold Coast Search Partners shortly after inception and is based in our New York Office. Prior to joining GCSP, Alexandra spent four years at Henkel Search Partners where she executed both pre-MBA and post-MBA searches for private equity and growth equity clients, and helped to build out HSP’s west coast presence. Before joining HSP, Alexandra was a Brand Marketing Manager at Argonaut.
Alexandra graduated from Princeton University with a degree in Psychology and was captain of the Women’s Varsity Squash team.
Erin joined Gold Coast Search Partners shortly after inception. Prior to GCSP, Erin led recruiting at Technology Crossover Ventures as the Director of Human Capital. At TCV, she focused primarily on hiring investment professionals at the Analyst to Principal level. Before that, Erin spent three years at Amity Search Partners, where she executed searches at the pre-MBA and post-MBA level for private equity, growth equity, venture capital, and hedge fund clients across the U.S.
Erin began her career as a Research Associate at Indaba Capital, a San Francisco based hedge fund. She graduated from U.C. Berkeley with a degree in Communications and was a four-year member of the Varsity Women’s Water Polo team.
Mona joined Gold Coast Search Partners in 2021 and is based in our New York office. Prior to joining GCSP, Mona worked in Healthcare Investment Banking at Bank of America Securities, where she focused on equity and M&A transactions.
Mona graduated from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business with a degree in Finance and founded the university’s Finance Diversity Program, an initiative designed to increase the diversity of high-potential students pursuing a career in finance.
Jessica joined Gold Coast Search Partners in 2022 and is based in our New York office. Prior to joining GCSP, Jessica worked at Investigo, focusing on recruiting for consulting roles. Before joining Investigo, Jessica spent two years at SG Partners where she executed post-MBA searches for private equity, growth equity, and private credit clients.
Jessica graduated from Boston University with a degree in Business Administration and Management.
Amanda joined Gold Coast Search Partners in 2020 and is based in our San Francisco office. Before joining GCSP, Amanda started her career at Evolve Partners where she focused on recruiting for finance and corporate accounting roles at companies in the Washington, DC area.
Amanda graduated from Boston University with a degree in Business and Communications.
